The problem of choosing the variable parameters a stabilizer an object which minimize additive quadratic integral functional reflecting complex requirements for closed stabilization system is considered. To solve combined method parametric synthesis stabilizer, sequential combination Sobol grid and Nelder-Mead method, proposed. At first stage by applying Sobolev working point in pace its transferred into neighborhood quality global minimum point. Then at second used to relocated small minimum. proposed comprises particular algorithm weight coefficient as well makes use state vector main coordinates, provide most adequate description dynamic features. properties mathematical model controlled with discontinuous process control are studied numerically. analysis plots dynamical phase space indicates non-spiral approach equilibrium state. synthesized realized form sequence switchovers.
